It has a reputation for fine cuisine served in e relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Decorated with yacht club burgees from all over the world as well as members’ private signal plaques, It is the perfect place to bring family, friends and business associates. With the spectacular view of the Bay, you can have a leisurely dinner and watch the sunset.

In addition to the regular menu, which features both comfort food and gourmet entrees, there are frequently special choices offered by the chef. Order from the menu anytime the dining room is open, choosing from all the options you’d expect from a full-service restaurant. You can also order a box lunch to take as you head out in your boat. And don’t forget lunches for your racing crew!

The Houston Yacht Club's main bar, adjacent to the lounge area and dining room, offers a full selection of drinks with top shelf liquor, craft and draft beer and many fine wine options. With bar seating as well as tables, you can enjoy a casual dining experience. Members and guest can order off the dining room menu or pub menu for light appetizers. it's  a great place to hang out with your yacht club friends. Take advantage of Friday Night Happy hour food and drink specials.

Dining By The Pool

Adjacent to the pool, Members and guests can access the "Porthole" where food and drinks may be ordered to enjoy poolside at your table or cabana. Casual seating for food and bar service is also available inside the Porthole. The Porthole and the poolside patio provide a convenient location for indoor/outdoor club cookout specials and parties.

The Porthole is open Wednesday through Sunday during the summer season.
