OFFICIAL NOTICE BOARD
We are disappointed that Houston Yacht Club was unable to host TYRW this week due to Hurricane Beryl. However, we've been able to secure a new date for the regatta which is great news as we do not have to cancel the event but rather just postpone it for another time.
The new dates will be Labor Day weekend, August 31 - September 2, 2024. This regatta will still count as two TSA events for scoring purposes despite it being a 3-day event. Additionally, USODA will still keep the regatta as a US Team Trials 2025 qualifier.
We will update the NOR as soon as possible. There is intermittent service to the area which is limiting communication for some of our volunteers.
Special thank you to Houston Yacht Club's GM, Ernie Brauner, Rear Commodore Jack Cronan, TSA representatives Shannon Galway and Marie Wise and USODA for their quick response and ability to accommodate a new date for this event!
We are grateful for all the support you all have given for this event and hope you will be able to participate with this change in date.
