If you are looking to “tie the knot,” HYC offers a unique, scenic, and romantic wedding venue for you! The beautiful Bay and Harbor backdrop provides a stunning view for a memorable outdoor ceremony around the Flagpole. The bridal party and their guests will enjoy a gentle sea breeze off Galveston Bay as nuptials are exchanged. The expansive lawn can accommodate a tent for receptions large or small. Our newly renovated pool area is the perfect place to have hors d’oeuvres before heading into the tent for the main course.

As for inside options, our historic Clubhouse, affectionately dubbed the “Pink Palace,” has a spacious Ballroom with a dance floor and stage with room enough for a band or DJ. The Clubhouse has the ability to host small to large weddings with both the Ballroom and adjacent dining room.

Our third floor has 11 guest rooms for overnight accommodations or for the Bridal Party to get ready while looking over the Bay. Need more rooms? There are several hotels within an 8-mile drive.

HYC has a variety of catering packages for budgets to fit your needs. Starting with cocktail hour, our hors d’oeuvres menu offers many selections that can be passed or served at various stations. Customizable beverage packages are available from non-alcoholic to top-shelf liquor and selected wines. Main course options range from comfort food to steak and seafood. We also have a “Late Night Bites” offering to cap off the evening.
